title = "User Experience (UX) Optimization with AI: Integration of Artificial Intelligence to Personalize the User Experience in Applications and Websites, Anticipating Their Needs and Preferences",
abstract = "This study focuses on User Experience (UX) Optimization through Artificial Intelligence (AI) Integration, specifically on the personalization of applications and websites to anticipate user needs and preferences. The main objective is to comprehensively review the scientific literature and previous research related to this approach, adopting a qualitative methodology based on the detailed analysis of articles, theses and research papers. The literature review is conducted with a specific focus on identifying patterns and trends that demonstrate the effectiveness of artificial intelligence in improving user experience. The results obtained consistently reveal that the integration of artificial intelligence leads to a substantial improvement in the adaptability of interfaces, generating a more relevant and efficient user experience. The anticipation of needs and preferences through artificial intelligence algorithms emerges as a crucial component in the optimization of user experience in contemporary digital design.",
