N2 - This paper describes a unique, open source and free solution to managing workflows in data intensive environments. The Semantic Web offers languages to create ontologies that can provide better semantic matches and help automate workflows. We create an ontology for essay reviewers in various disciplines and use an automated service to query and find comprehensive matches. In particular, we use a free essay review service as a proof-of-concept for our work.
