N2 - As technology advances, users are always looking for systems that allow agile access to the information they need; this research will make mention of the medical field with the development of an integral clinical system to support medical decision-making with integration and interoperability based on a service bus; the XP (Extreme Programming) software development methodology was used, which allows planning, design, coding, testing and execution of its launching. This system allows the store of medical appointments, vital signs records, and medical records, among others; favoring the doctor to easily access the information of all patients, at the same time allowing him to avoid the loss and misplacement of documents, also favoring the doctor to know his patient before the proposed appointment, on the other hand, it collaborates to the protection of the environment by reducing the use of paper. The application contains a user view for patients to schedule an appointment or consult their medical history, where the doctor can make certain confidential diagnoses, and an administration view will be coded for the doctor to verify, enter, or update patient information. In addition to the above, to guarantee the scalability of the system, a Service Oriented Architecture will be used, which will allow future applications to be coupled and at the same time guarantee that the system meets the proposed objectives, using the resources well so that the system is efficient at the time of giving a response.
