N2 - Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have played an important role in society in recent years, every day more individuals make use of them, from different spheres. From the academic field, the results have been seen in the improvements of the teaching-learning process. All this, keeping in mind the different modalities of education that have been generated to use these technological tools, such is the case of P-learning (Personal Learning) education. This modality contemplates a conceptual model that contains key components that generate personalized learning content with the support of ICT, to achieve collaborative learning. This approach offers a set of resources that work together from technology, creating an autonomous, free and individual space, which allows a communication support, which serves for an exchange of knowledge between individuals, with common interests. For this reason, this research tries to know the importance of ICT in the P-learning (Personal Learning) education modality, through a systematic bibliographic review of literature, which demonstrates the investigative work carried out on this subject and to know the contributions to the educational system, to obtain a significant learning that transcends the daily, professional and work life of the students.
