N2 - This paper presents the development of a technical guide designed to minimize the risks associated with social engineering attacks targeting entrepreneurs with visual disabilities. The study emphasizes the urgent need to raise awareness regarding the tactics and techniques employed by attackers to effectively mitigate these risks. Social engineering exploits human-centric vulnerabilities through techniques such as phishing and pretexting, among others. Entrepreneurs with visual disabilities face unique challenges, making them particularly susceptible to such threats due to limited cybersecurity literacy and existing accessibility barriers. This research aims to provide a highly accessible and practical cybersecurity resource tailored specifically to these entrepreneurs. The methodology used to develop the guide was instructional design, and its implementation was managed using Kanban method. The analysis reveals a significant gap in specialized training and underscores the crucial importance of specific educational programs. The resulting guide includes common attack scenarios used by cybercriminals, along with evidence-based prevention strategies. To make the guide accessible to people with visual impairments, it was necessary to implement accessibility guidelines such as color contrast, font type and size, line spacing, descriptive images, and compatibility with assistive technologies, among others. A validation process was then carried out by experts and users, and the results demonstrate that a valid product was obtained, making a significant contribution to a vulnerable group in matters of cybersecurity.
