Bing Windt, an MSc student in Digital Business at theUniversity of Amsterdam, explored how businesses are embracing the opportunities offered by big data and analyticsc for his master’s thesis – Understanding challenges and responses of leadership in data-driven transformation. He identified typical leadership behaviors required to make the leap from intuition to facts and figures.
