Description
2020-2021: A systematic analysis regarding gender differences/bias in scientific research has been needed to support research policy in China. In this study using data provided by ICSR, the National Science Library at the Chinese Academy of Science examined the careers of Chinese researchers through a gender lens. The team conducted a holistic analysis of researcher productivity, impact, collaboration and funding acquisition strategy
